At Maneva Hair, we aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.

Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery from the date your order is confirmed.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information where applicable. You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your parcel.

Courier Delays

While we work with our courier partner to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, unforeseen operational issues, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Maneva Hair cannot guarantee a specific delivery date where a delay is caused by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, this does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist you in following up with the courier.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details when placing an order.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, additional delivery charges or delays may occur.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be damaged when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the product so that we can assist you with the matter.

By placing an order with Maneva Hair, you acknowledge that the 10–15 business day timeframe is an estimated delivery timeframe and that courier delays can occasionally occur.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to remove, restrict or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under South African law. The Consumer Protection Act provides protections concerning delivery and the supplier's responsibilities.
